Location: Philippines / Remote Rate: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour + Commission Start Date: October 1 Number of Positions Available: 5 Role Overview: We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to our existing customer base and converting them into windshield replacement customers. This position requires strong negotiation skills, a solid sales strategy, and expertise in outbound marketing. You'll work remotely, using Google Sheets to track your progress and manage your tasks. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to existing customers. Convert calls into windshield replacement jobs using effective sales techniques. Utilize problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
