As an End-to-End Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales through
proactive outreach, including telemarketing and direct sales efforts. You will be selling a suite of
products and services, including online marketing, VOIP solutions, credit card processing and
POS systems, primarily to businesses in the retail and restaurant sectors. This role requires a
self-starter with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by these industries.
Key Responsibilities:
? Telemarketing & Prospecting:
? Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the retail and restaurant industries.
? Qualify leads and set up appointments for in-depth product demonstrations.
? Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through targeted
telemarketing efforts.
? Sales & Product Presentation:
? Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services, including online
marketing, VOIP solutions, POS systems and credit card processing.
? Understand and address the specific needs and pain points of retail and
restaurant businesses.
? Customize sales pitches to effectively communicate how our solutions can
benefit the client.
? Relationship Management:
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the retail
and restaurant sectors.
? Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects
throughout the sales cycle.
? Upselling clients to other services and product lines
? Closing Sales:
? Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that sales targets are met or
exceeded.
? Handle objections effectively and provide comprehensive solutions to client
concerns.
? Customer Onboarding & Support:
? Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, coordinating with the implementation
team to set up services.
? Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and
services.
? Market Research & Feedback:
? Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in
the retail and restaurant sectors.
? Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve offerings
based on client needs.
Requirements Qualifications:
? Experience:
? Proven experience in telemarketing and sales, particularly in selling online
marketing, VOIP solutions, POS systems and credit card processing.
? Experience working with clients in the retail and restaurant industries is highly
preferred.
? 2-4 years of relevant sales experience.
? Skills:
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
with clients quickly.
? Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
? Ability to understand and articulate technical products to a non-technical
audience.
? Ability to identify clients' pain points and offer a solution to their problems.
? Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
? Education:
? A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not
required.
? Other Requirements:
? Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
? Willingness to travel if required (depending on the role's location and client
needs).
