Position:SalesRepresentative Client:TruWill.co Company's Website: Work Hours:MondayFriday 9:00 5:00 pm MST Holidays:TBD Pay Range:USD/month RoleDescription Asa Sales Representative for our company which specializes inmanaging trusts and wills for customers (though we are not a legalfirm) you will play a crucial role in contacting daily leads toeducate them about our services packages and necessary documents.Your responsibilities will include helping potential clients createaccounts collecting payment information over the phone settingappointments and closing deals all while instilling confidence infamilies looking to establish their trusts and wills. The idealcandidate will possess excellent English communication skills haveat least one to two years of sales experience and be adept athandling effective and patient communication with elderly clients.A background in a company that manages trusts and wills isessential. You must excel at answering questions persuading peopleto make payments over the phone and bookingappointments. Responsibilities: Contactleads daily to educate them about our services packages documentsandprocedures.Assistpotential clients in creating accounts and collecting paymentinformation over thephone.Scheduleappointments and close deals with prospectiveclients.Buildand instill confidence in families looking to set up their trustsand/orwills.Answerquestions accurately and persuasively to facilitate payments andbookings over thephone.Provideexceptional customer service especially to elderly clients ensuringthey feel comfortable andinformed.Requirements: ExcellentCommunication Skills: Must have exceptional verbal communicationskills inEnglish.SalesExperience: At least 12 years of experience in a sales rolepreferably over thephone.CustomerService: Ability to handle effective communication with elderlyclients displaying patience andunderstanding.IndustryBackground: Previous experience in a company that manages trustsand wills is adealbreaker.Patientand Empathetic: Must be very patient and capable of addressingconcerns of elderly clients withempathy.
