Position: Sales RepresentativeNumber of hours: 10 hours/weekSchedule: ESTTasks required:Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to offer and educate the customers on the benefits of the products and/or services of the client to promote salesCold call prospects to sell the products and services of the client Provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefitsAsk pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirementsPersuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needsEmail clients to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as neededCommunicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departmentsMaintain a well-developed pipeline of prospectsDevelop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customersUpsell customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced servicesKeep detailed record of call logs and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's databaseMust have the ability to create responses aligned with the company's messaging and drive the conversation to an appointmentGenerate and source out leads through various channelsOther ad hoc tasks that would be assignedRequirements:Proven work experience as a virtual Sales Representative is requiredPrior work experience in selling software products is a huge advantageWorking knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsSales skills, including prospecting, lead generation and closing dealsGreat customer service skillsExcellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skillsInterpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and networkClear and concise communicator with a neutral English accent and effective verbal communication skillsSelf-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit weekly targets with limited supervision
