2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium-sized accounts. Excellent negotiation and communication skills What will you do? Proactively identify potential clients in supermarkets, transportation companies, and other waste-generating businesses. Conduct cold calls to reach decision-makers responsible for waste management or procurement. Negotiate purchase prices and budgets with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and close profit margins. Secure agreements for the sale and collection of waste, maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Arrange transportation for the collection of waste from clients to our recycling facilities. Ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery schedules. Set up and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track sales targets and account performance. Provide regular reports on account status and transaction volumes.
