Job Overview As a Sales Representative and Customer Service for an E-Commerce,wholesales company, the core role will be handling customer inquiries and order management.
The position is responsible for supporting the sales team and updating data records.
Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with customers, ordering, complaints, and inquiries. Inventory/ SKU control and management. Support the sales team. Analyze and keep all the customer records. Perform any ad hoc office task. Requirements The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any courses. The candidate must have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales. Preferably from the E-Commerce/ wholesales Industry. The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel. The candidate must have good organization, planning, customer service, and communication skills. The candidate must be keen on details. Job type: Permanent
