It's essential for us to embody the core of our brand name BillEase, a combination of "bill" and "ease," pronounced bilis, which means speed or swiftness in Filipino.The JobWhat are we looking for?In this role, your goal will be to plan and execute strategies for B2B acquisition and by positioning BillEase as the preferred alternative payment method for Philippine merchants.What your day will look like:Execute and support the merchant marketing strategyImplement different initiatives to drive sales growth for big and small merchantsCoordinate implementation of different initiatives with the merchants and internallyEnsure that merchants follow our branding and comply with agreed marketing initiativesImprove overall merchant experienceGenerate reports and monitor merchant KPIs on a regular basis such as traffic generated, number of transactions, fraud rate, conversion rateEnsure proper communication of newly launched merchants to the customer baseProvide timely assistance and monitor merchants concerns: customer services, accounts, settlement, technicalWork closely with the marketing and business development team and support other initiatives as assignedGather feedback from merchants to be able create studies and recommendations for process improvement and innovationsCollaborate with merchant marketing to identify opportunities for merchants to scale up its growth with BillEase within 60 days from onboarding.Monitor merchant satisfaction with billease through creation of surveys, focus groupdiscussions or through other initiatives.Handle teams of Sales Associates of BillEaseThe Ideal CandidateWhat you need to thrive in this role:Previous experience in business development/partnership/acquisition preferably from payment gateways, e-wallets, ecommerce platforms, retailDegree in Business, Management, Commerce or Economics desirable but not requiredComfortable in a fast-paced environment with a "get things done" attitudePassionate about payments and lending productsExcellent communication skills in both English and FilipinoCustomer-centric mindsetProblem solver with strong analytical skillsCollaborative and can work well with other team members
