Sales Recruitment Specialist

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Deliver and manage New Hire Accreditation for In-House manpower
- Lead the hiring flow and recruitment process (sourcing, orientation and onboarding)
- Responsible for job posting and employment ads
- Represent the company in job fairs and various recruiting events
- Completes, maintains and processes pertinent paperwork and records

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Psychology or any HRD-related course
- With background in recruitment
- Ability to use social media networks to look for and connect with potential applicants
