**Responsibility**
- Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction
- Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, anticipate talents needs and fill key roles

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, either agency or in-house
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for sales roles will be an advantage
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g.
Boolean search, Boolean strings);
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
