Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Promoter to join our team and promote our range of appliances in retail settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of consumer electronics and appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and demonstrate appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, etc., to customers in retail stores.

2. Engage customers proactively, provide product information, and assist in making purchasing decisions.
Maintain a deep understanding of product features and benefits to effectively address customer inquiries.

3. Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.
Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and management to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales opportunities.

4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed.
Participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
