Sales & Product Training Head

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a long-term training and development strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.Conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to identify training gaps and prioritize training initiatives.Define and manage staff training and development by regularly conducting training needs assessmentsCraft and implement training forms and surveys to ensure effectivity of training.Direct structured learning experiences and monitor the quality resultsPeriodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changesExamine and choose teaching materials to ensure high-quality training coursesQualifications: At least 8 years experience as a Training ManagerPreferably with experience in automotive training and developmentMaster's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related coursesWith a strong and proven background in Training Facilitation and Module preparation is a mustOpen to travel to various locations to attend and/or conduct training programsExcellent communication & presentation skills
