Dealer Retail Sales ReportProvides analysis report to HMA Regarding the variances per segment on the OBP/RBP target Qty. approved forecast Qyt., and the actual retail sales Qty.
Hot Deal ReportCollates the hot deal application monthly and align with the retail sales report to convert hot deal applications that are already declared delivered
Provides report on the approval rate and conversion rate of hot deal application per segment
Market and Sales Trend ReportProvides analysis report regarding the reason of increases/decreases of sales on a specific region.
Dealer AssistanceSales performances (Retail Sales and Wholesales) should be updated to their respective dealers.
Joins dealer events, campaigns, and important occasion of success by the dealers
Conduct training for new dealers and refresh old dealers about dealer operations processes
