Job Description As a Sales Enablement, you'll be the one fine-tuning the engine behind successful dental care, managing Salesforce reports and ensuring sales processes are as smooth as a perfect filling. You'll work closely with teams to polish workflows, optimize lead lists, and execute multi-channel sales strategies. This role lets you dig deep into data, driving global change in dental care—all while advancing your career to the next level! X-Ray View of the Position Employment type: Full timeShift: Mon - Fri 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Fixed weekends offWork setup: Permanent WFH Your Daily Dose of Sales Ops Duties Manage and generate reports from scratch, along with documentation, within Salesforce (Lightning) and various third-party platforms.Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce (Lightning) with expertise in reporting and analysis.Identify necessary data to create reports and present findings to stakeholders or the sales team.Contribute to the Opencare Sales playbook and uncover ways to make the team more effective.Manage multi-channel sales experiments via direct mail, phone, and email to improve the sales funnel.Ensure data accuracy across all third-party platforms.Build and maintain lead lists for the sales team, including adding and updating lead information in various tools.Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to broaden your understanding of the business model and act as the expert in your assigned area of accountability.RequirementsFilling the Gaps: What You Need to Succeed Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning.Strong understanding of sales pipelines with the ability to base decision-making on data and provide strategic recommendations.Ability to quickly identify problems, handle objections, and develop creative solutions to maintain momentum.Excellent organizational skills at both micro and macro levels.Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft on an administrative level, as well as additional third-party software (postal services, Salesloft, and front-facing dashboards).Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with teams like Marketing and Customer Success to build feedback loops between Sales and other departments.Naturally curious and energized by working in an evolving, ambiguous environment.BenefitsA Smile-Worthy Benefits Package HMO coverageWork from home arrangementFixed weekends offFree upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
