Sales Operations Specialist

Location: Mandaluyong CityRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide comprehensive support to client teams, leadership, internal operations, and related functional areas. Assist practitioners in navigating internal sales processes. Support leadership and sales operations leads across various service areas and sales strategies.Critical Services Include:Coordinating review and approval meetings.Supporting sales reporting, analysis, and forecasting.Assisting with internal sales processes, tools, and educating sales teams.Promoting sales excellence best practices.Supporting sales governance cadences and executing plans focused on sales forecasting, pipeline health management, sales performance, and data-driven insights.Supporting the execution of the sales planning cycle.Driving continuous improvement and transformation.This position reports to Sales Operations Leadership, Senior Managers, or Managers. Depending on specific responsibilities, alignment and direction from business leadership roles may also be required.Primary Responsibilities Include:Working independently with minimal supervision.Balancing multiple competing priorities with guidance.Potentially supervising and leading a team with managerial oversight.Helping to create and execute work plans of low to medium complexity.Interacting confidently with senior leadership within your scope of responsibility.Providing input into the creation of operational processes.Demonstrating knowledge of supporting tools and processes, with expertise in specific areas of responsibility.Understanding how Sales Operations fits into the broader organizational context.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:At least 3-4 years of experience in sales or sales operations with an understanding of sales operations processes.At least 1 year of supervisory experience.Familiarity with Client 365 or similar tools is preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook), especially Excel.Open to candidates from any industry background.Expected Salary: PHP 25,000-45,000
