Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsible in managing the entire order cycle, ensuring smooth processes and high customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll handle everything from processing sales orders to managing payments, collections, and addressing customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full order cycle and customer requirements, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.
-Enter and process sales orders in the ERP system and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Sales teams for resource planning.
-Provide updates on project statuses to Market Managers and customers.
-Handle invoicing, payment terms, collections, and monitor credit processes.
-Address customer complaints and recommend solutions by working with internal teams.
-Support Market Managers and External Sales to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Supervise and collaborate with internal teams to resolve project concerns and revisions.
-Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Amenable to work onsite in Malvar, Batangas
