Overview ISS STOXX is growing! We are presently seeking an Associate to join our growing Sales Operations organization.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an expanding and innovative company. We are looking for an exceptional, self-motivated professional to join our team, which provides to the day-to-day support to the Sales Teams and serves as a point of control to ensure proper lead routing and data integrity.
Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Teams in the preparation and booking of license agreements in Salesforce, including all aspects of opportunity lifecycle including entry, modifications, and cancellations Act as point of control to ensure correct booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce based on the signed contracts Monitor overdue renewals, send reminders to Sales Teams on updating the status of their pending renewals and the business risk exposure caused by these Work closely with the Salesforce Development Team to recommend system enhancements and identify existing system issues Prepare monthly sales reports and other ad hoc reports Participate in various projects within the finance organization Qualifications Training & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or any equivalent courses. Has at least 5 years' relevant work experience on the same role or team Excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills (proactive personality, highly motivated and can work independently) Experience working with any of the following would be a plus:
Experience in Salesforce Work Location & Schedule: Amenable working at Makati City on a dayshift schedule (11am- 8pm, Manila Time) - Training during probationary will be on a nightshift (9pm- 6am, Manila Time) Amenable to go on a hybrid working arrangement #LI-MP1
