JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Any 4 years or Business-related courseComputer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Pleasing personality and can carry himself/herself wellEffective communication skills (verbal and written)At least -Have 1-2 years' work experience in real estateWilling to start immediately RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the Sales Operations SupervisorMaintains all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitoredIdentify marketing opportunities and trends to ensure that the region continues to apply effective marketing and sales strategiesUpdate and provide monthly buyers profile to the sales teamCoordinates with Corporate Sales for the assessment of the sellers provided by the groupHave 1-2 years work experience in real estate
SALARY RANGE: 16k – 20k

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
WORK LOCATION: Subic, Zambales
