Sales Officer - Real Estate

DIRECT HIRING!JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of Any 4 years or Business-related course- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Pleasing personality and can carry himself/herself well- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)-At least -Have 1-2 years' work experience in real estate- Willing to start immediately RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work closely with the Sales Operations Supervisor- Maintains all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored- Identify marketing opportunities and trends to ensure that the region continues to apply effective marketing and sales strategies- Update and provide monthly buyers profile to the sales team- Coordinates with Corporate Sales for the assessment of the sellers provided by the group-Have 1-2 years work experience in real estateSALARY RANGE: 16k – 20kBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOSCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)WORK LOCATION: Subic, Zambales
