The Role Work with Sales Section Manager and Sales Head to develop sales strategies that will help the company to achieve its sales targets. Identify new markets and opportunities, and develop marketing campaigns and promotion to attract new customers.Lead the inorganic team of sales agent to achieve sales targets and goals for the team Recruit and train new sales agents on company's products and services, and they have the necessary skills to sell effectively.Manage performance of sales team and ensure they meet their sales targets. Provide coaching, motivation and rewards team members.Ensure completion of buyer's documents needed during reservation phase. Prepares weekly /monthly sales reports.Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Ideal Profile Qualifications:         Graduate of 4-year courseWith at least 5 years experience (as organic employee) in recruiting and managing sales agents from RE industryExperience in selling mid-market and/or high-end properties Results-drivenGood communication and presentation skillsPampanga-basedExperience in recruiting and managing internal salesWith experience in data collection, and data reports and analysisStrong management skillsWhat's on Offer?
