With 3 years or more of related work experience

Able to conduct training and focused group discussions

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and grow networks and linkages of real estate brokers and corporate database for the attainment of sales target

Search for aggressive, passionate and driven brokers, sales force, and brand ambassadors

Create, implement and execute sales plans and programs to help achieve sales goals

Formulate customer care plans and programs and ensure effective execution
