SALES OFFICER

 

Job Qualifications:
Relevant experience in the real estate sales industry for horizontal or vertical projects

With at least 3 years of sales experience

or Real Estate Management)Must be keen to details, proactive and can work with less supervision

Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills

Knowledgeable on Basic Computer Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.)

Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (management, employees, and customers)

Job Descriptions

Support accredited license broker, real estate professional, and sales agents

Assist in preparation of tactical sales operation plans/programs based on allocated operational budget and ensure that the mandated sales requirements are delivered on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with quality sales

Sales Administration (filing and documentation; assist in the completion of buyers' requirements, contracts, etc.)

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets/deadlines

Willing to work on weekends for site visits, open houses, and other sales-related activities
