Sales Officer

- Identifying potential clients and developing strategies to connect with them.
- Promoting and selling the company's products or services.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations.
- Negotiating sales contracts and agreements.
- Creating and maintaining long-term consumer relationships

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business *Administration, Marketing, engineering or related courses.
- With available cluster of accounts to top.
- At least with 5 years experience in architectural projects or in Construction firm a MUST.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment
- Great organizational and planning skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
