Sales Officer

- Identifying potential clients and developing strategies to connect with them.- Promoting and selling the company's products or services.- Preparing and delivering sales presentations.- Negotiating sales contracts and agreements.- Creating and maintaining long-term consumer relationshipsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business *Administration, Marketing, engineering or related courses.- With available cluster of accounts to top.- At least with 5 years experience in architectural projects or in Construction firm a MUST.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills- The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment- Great organizational and planning skills.
