Sales Officer

In charge of overall sales performance and targets achievement of all key accounts; monitors and ensures that these targets are met.Recommends and monitors implementation of tactical programs and activities to achieve salesAnalyze sales trends and resultsPlan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategiesMeet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with themDevelop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographicsIdentify emerging markets and opportunities for expansionSell to existing and potential direct accountsProvide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling processContinually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance, and manage conflict, ensuring alignment with territory plansMaintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activitiesDocument customer interactionsData analysis and reporting preparation as neededDevelop successful and ongoing relationships with customers and clientsSets short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs. QUALIFICATION: Female , 21 – 40 years oldGraduate of Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing or any Business-related courseMust have at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory experience preferably in corporate sales
