JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for driving the company's sales efforts by identifying potential customers, establishing relationships, and promoting the company's products or services. This role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
*Sales Generation: Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
*Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
*Market Research: Research and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Monitor industry developments to offer valuable insights to clients and the sales team.
*Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
*Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align sales efforts and provide customer feedback. Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
*Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products, services, and pricing structures. Communicate product benefits and features clearly to customers.
*Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and close sales deals effectively.
Ensure all contracts and agreements are properly documented and followed through.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, engineering or related courses.
*With available cluster of accounts to top.
*At least with 5 years experience in architectural projects or in Construction firm a MUST.
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
*Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
*The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment
Great organizational and planning skills.
SALARY RANGE: 30-35k (Basic approximately w/o incentives or commission)
WORK LOCATIONS: Putatan Alabang Muntinlupa
WORK SCHEDULE: 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday
