Sales Officer

Qualifications:-College graduate in marketing/business administration/related field.-Atleast 1 year of sales experience/Sales experience is a plus.-Preferably female-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsKey Responsibilities:Customer Service:-Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.-Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure informed purchasing decisions.-Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.Sales and Promotion:-Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.-Recommend additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.-Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.Checkout and Transactions:-Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.-Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.-Maintain knowledge of payment processing procedures and security measures.Team Collaboration:-Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve overall store goals.-Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills
