Sales Officer

Qualifications:
-College graduate in marketing/business administration/related field.
-Atleast 1 year of sales experience/Sales experience is a plus.
-Preferably female
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
-Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
-Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Sales and Promotion:
-Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
-Recommend additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
-Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.

Checkout and Transactions:
-Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
-Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
-Maintain knowledge of payment processing procedures and security measures.

Team Collaboration:
-Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve overall store goals.
-Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills
