Sales Officer I (Subic Site)

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Graduate if any 4-year business-related course
* Conputer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
* Pleasing personality and can carry himself/herself well
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
* At least 1-2 years experience in real estate
* Willing to start immediately


RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Maintains all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored
* Identify marketing opportunities and trends to ensure that the region continues to apply effective marketing and sales strategies
* Update and provide monthly buyers profile to the sales team
* Coordinate with corporate sales for the assessment of the sellers provided by the group
* At least 1-2 years work experience in real estate


SALARY RANGE: Php16,000 to Php20,000
BENEFITS: Government mandated benefits and HMO
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 6 PM
WORK LOCATION: Subic, Zambales
