This system offers hundreds of functionalities designed to streamline Payroll and HRIS processing for small and medium enterprises.JOB TITLE: Sales Officer for Payroll and HRIS SoftwareDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*Responsible for generating leads through telemarketing, area saturation, events, social media, etc.*Responsible for initial presentation/demo of the product*Should establish a relationship with the client and market the company's products and services in a way that is professional and positive*Must be accommodating, well-spoken, and have an eagerness to close sales and increases revenue*Ensure proper attention in every customer inquiry*Perform effective remote/online demos to clients, if necessary*Can do fieldwork and can present to the client JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*Must have a degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field.*Knowledgeable in HRIS system is an advantage*Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations*Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal*Must be willing to do fieldworkCOMPANY ADDRESS: Unit 8 MG Center, Langkaan II, Dasmarinas Cavite
