JOB TITLE: Sales Officer for Payroll and HRIS Software

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for generating leads through telemarketing, area saturation, events, social media, etc.Responsible for initial presentation/demo of the productShould establish a relationship with the client and market the company's products and services in a way that is professional and positiveMust be accommodating, well-spoken, and have an eagerness to close sales and increases revenueEnsure proper attention in every customer inquiryPerform effective remote/online demos to clients, if necessaryCan do fieldwork and can present to the client JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field.Knowledgeable in HRIS system is an advantageAbility to analyze problems and provide clear recommendationsAble to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excelExcellent communication skills, written and verbalMust be willing to do fieldwork
