SALES OFFICER (MAKATI OFFICE) URGENTSalary Offer : P25,000.00(Makati Office)Work Schedule : 8:30am-5:30pmQualifications:? College graduate in marketing/business administration/related field.? Atleast 1 year of sales experience/Sales experience is a plus.? Preferably female? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.? Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsKey Responsibilities:1. Customer Service:o Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.o Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure informed purchasingdecisions.o Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.2. Sales and Promotion:o Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.o Recommend additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increasesales.o Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.3. Checkout and Transactions:o Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.o Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.o Maintain knowledge of payment processing procedures and security measures.4. Team Collaboration:o Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve overall store goals.o Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills
