Qualifications:
? College graduate in marketing/business administration/related field.
? Atleast 1 year of sales experience/HMO sales experience is a plus.
? Height is an advantage; With pleasing personality
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation
• Prospecting: Identifying potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and
referrals. This involves researching corporate clients and individuals who would benefit from HMO
services.
• Lead Qualification
• Client Presentation
2. Product Knowledge
• Understanding HMO Plans: In-depth knowledge of the different health plans, benefits, and limitations
offered by the HMO.
• Educating Clients: Explaining the details of each plan
• Customizing Solutions: Providing tailored advice to clients
3. Sales Strategy and Execution
• Sales Planning: Developing and executing a sales strategy, which includes setting goals for acquiring new
customers, upselling to existing ones, and maximizing revenue.
• Target Achievement: Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Pipeline Management: Keeping a well-maintained pipeline of prospects and managing stages of the
sales
4. Relationship Building and Account Management
• Client Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with
clients to foster loyalty and ensure retention.
• Client Engagement
• Sales Reporting
• CRM Systems: Utilizing customer relationship management systems
6. Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with other departments
• Participate in regular team meetings
7. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
• Analyzing competitor offerings and market conditions to identify areas where the HMO can improve its
offerings or differentiate itself.
• Modifying sales tactics based on evolving market trends, competitor moves, and customer demands to
stay competitive in the health insurance space.
8. Training and Development
• Attend relevant training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills
