JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and execute Sales and Marketing StrategyManage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategiesWork through leads to Sales on CRMManage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM systemGive presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.Enhance the company's branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in Various online platforms and/or offline channelsKeep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS salesWilling to travel for business trips to meet clientsGood communication and presentation skillsOutgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitiveIT and HR background is a plus
