Sales Officer (1)

The Sales Officer 1 is responsible for contributing to the sales efforts of the organization. This role involves generating leads, prospecting for new customers, and closing sales deals. The Sales Officer 1 will also maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information to support performance tracking and analysis.Additionally, the Sales Officer 1 will assist in identifying marketing opportunities and trends to ensure that the region continues to apply effective marketing and sales strategies. They will also contribute to the development and maintenance of customer profiles and collaborate with the Sales Manager on various sales initiatives.Responsibilities:- Maintains all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored- Identify marketing opportunities and trends to ensure that the region continues to apply effective marketing and sales strategies- Update and provide monthly buyers profile to the sales team- Coordinates with Corporate Sales for the assessment of the sellers provided by the JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of Any 4 years or Business-related course- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Pleasing personality and can carry himself/herself well- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)-At least -Have 1-2 years' work experience in real estate- Willing to start immediatelyBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOSCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
