(Ortigas, Pasig/Opportunity for a hybrid setup after regularization (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite work)

As a Sales & Marketing VA, you will support the sales and marketing teams and manage our CRM system. The ideal candidate should understand sales and marketing processes, have strong organizational skills, and be skilled in CRM software.

Responsibilities:
? Database Management: Maintain and segment accurate customer databases.
? CRM Management: Update CRM, schedule appointments, and manage contacts.
? Campaigns: Execute email, SMS, and LinkedIn campaigns.
? Sales Support: Record call notes, prepare reports, and confirm appointments.

Qualifications:
? At least 3-5 years in marketing.
? Skilled with large databases.
? Proficient in CRM and marketing platforms.
? Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
? MS Office, CRM tools, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Co-pilot).
? Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver.

Salary Range: 50k to 55k Plus Benefits

Work Schedule: 5 AM – 2 PM (DST) or 6 AM – 3 PM
