Sales & Marketing Officer

Drake's Progressive client - an award-winning visa consultancy that offers immigration and study programmes in UK, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Germany, is now hiring for a Sales & Marketing Officer for their growing team in Quezon City.
Job Responsibilities:
• Organize regular client meetings to discuss the different programs that we offer.
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner at the point of sales.
• Collaborate with teams in all offices to promote offerings
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report sales in a timely manner based on the standard business process
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
• Conduct product presentations, sales follow-ups, and sales calls
• Conduct sales activities that enable consistency in achieving sales targets
• Conduct proper after-sales turnover to the documentation team
• Reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:
• Graduate of BSBA Major in Marketing Management or any business-related courses.
• Has a good customer service skills.
• Has the ability to multi-task and follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Has a strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site
• Must have relative experience
