Sales & Marketing Officer

Eastland Hotel and Residences is looking for Sales & Marketing Officer

 

Responsible to develop and foster business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.

 

Responsibilities:
To create multi-level marketing and sales strategies by analyzing the market and competitive landscape from all perspective.

Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.

Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.

Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.
- To promote the brand through traditional and digital media in order to align the company's mission and vision with its audience.

Administer the sales and marketing budget that ensures that all personnel are kept productive motivated, and recognized.

Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.

With at least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing and leading a multi-level organization.

Strong analytical skills and comfortable navigating around numbers combined with the ability to make sound business recommendations

Must have excellent project management skills and well-organize, thinks outside the box, and self-oriented

With strong interpersonal and communication skills
