- Working with our Director to strategically develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans, targeting channels including social media, PPC, direct mail, telesales, and outreach.
- Build, lead, and inspire a talented team of tech experts and graphic designers, ensuring high performance and adherence to company objectives.
- Craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience, overseeing its distribution across various platforms.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and audience behaviours to inform real-time adjustment to strategies.
- Build and manage valuable relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and brand ambassadors.
- Actively engage with our online and offline communities, including responding to customer inquiries and fostering positive engagement.
- Drive continual improvement through data analysis, performance metrics, and KPIs, ensuring that business and brand objectives are met or exceeded.
- Identify, recruit, and manage agents and affiliates to help promote Trackerteer's range of software projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to optimize operations and achieve shared goals.
