Sales & Marketing Assistant

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:o Proficient in the English language, both oral and writteno Very good level of COMPUTER LITERACY, especially in using MS Office,GMAIL, and major social media apps? Knows the computing functions of:? Gmail? Word? Excel? Powerpoint? Canva & the likes? Google / Edgeo Minimum One (1) year experience in sales and marketing from any relatedindustry• JOB DESCRIPTION:o Coordinating sales efforts with our marketing programso Understanding and promoting company programso Recording of deposits of payment from clients and coordinating this information to our Administrator.o Coordinating with our Administrator the sales contracts for orders and submitting them to the clientso Maintaining client recordso Preparing sales proposals and quotationso Administrative Tasks:? Undertaking daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioningand coordination of the department.? Updating spreadsheets, databases, and Tour Package inventories withrelevant information.o Assisting in Marketing Campaigns:? Preparation of marketing materials? Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.• Skills and Qualifications:o Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.o Proven experience as a marketing assistant.o Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.o Familiarity with market research techniques and databases.o Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and online applications• Salary Range: to be discussed during interview
