Sales & Marketing Assistant / Cainta Rizal

Coordinating sales efforts with our marketing programs
Understanding and promoting company programs
Recording of deposits of payment from clients and coordinating this information to our Administrator.
Coordinating with our Administrator the sales contracts for orders and submitting them to the clients
Maintaining client records
Preparing sales proposals and quotations

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in the English language, both oral and written
Very good level of COMPUTER LITERACY, especially in using MS Office, GMAIL, and major social media apps
Knows the computing functions of: Gmail, MS Office, Canva & the likes, Google / Edge
Minimum One (1) year experience in sales and marketing from any related industry
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
Familiarity with market research techniques and databases.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and online applications
