Job Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Support, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales and marketing teams while effectively managing our
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, excellent
organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management
• Build and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy through regular data cleansing and validation.
• Implement customer coding for segmentation by region, industry, and type.
• Conduct data entry, de-duplication, and format databases compatible with Excel and CRM systems.
CRM Management & Support
• Regularly update CRM with customer interactions, set appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs), and assign leads based on customer
segmentation.
• Manage contacts, ensuring accurate classification and current records.
Marketing Campaign Management
• Oversee and manage the marketing calendar, executing email, SMS, and LinkedIn campaigns using CRM systems.
• Design and distribute marketing content to align with brand strategy.
Sales Support
• Document call notes and track follow-up actions in CRM.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with lead generation.
• Confirm appointments and provide updated meeting details for BDMs.
Qualifications:
• Data Management: Proficient in managing, cleansing, and updating large databases.
• CRM & Marketing Tools: Experienced in using CRM systems and marketing platforms for campaign execution.
• Organizational & Communication Skills: Strong ability to handle multiple tasks, schedules, and effective communication.
• Analytical & Attention to Detail: Skilled in report generation, performance tracking, and maintaining data accuracy.
• Marketing Experience & Software Proficiency: Background in managing marketing campaigns, proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-driven and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Co-pilot etc.)
• Proficient in using Apollo.IO, ZoomInfo, Lusha and/or other tools
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
Work location: Ortigas, Pasig City with opportunity for hybrid set up after regularization (2 days wfh, 3 days onsite work)
Work schedule: 5AM – 2PM (DST) or 6AM – 3PM
