Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them Qualifications:
Must have: Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing With a background in automotive With at least 2-4 years of related working experience Willing to travel Willing to be assigned at San Rafael, Tarlac City.
