Sales Manager- Sports Equipment

Job Description

Develop close relationships with retailers and institutions to generate continued and repeat business
Plan and demand supply of inventory
Oversee product inventory and ensure regular spot checking
Establishes team sales goals, and provides effective coaching of sales team to consistently improve their plans and performance
Analyze sales data to find opportunities for increased efficiency and sales on both a group and individual level to ensure projected target accomplishment
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
Five (5) or more years of experience in sales & marketing management.
Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills\
Strong analytical skills, mathematic abilities, business acumen and buy-in-skills
Critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relation and team building skills
Strong leadership skills to enable and motivate the team
Established wide network of institutional account
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
