Responsibilities:
• Develop close relationships with retailers and institutions to generate continued and repeat business
• Plan and demand supply of inventory
• Oversee product inventory and ensure regular spot checking
• Establishes team sales goals, and provides effective coaching of sales team to consistently improve their plans and performance
• Analyze sales data to find opportunities for increased efficiency and sales on both a group and individual level to ensure projected target accomplishment
• Analyze current sales and design appropriate sales target to improve the sales performance, utilizing the standard tools and dash boards to monitor sales
• Prepare sales strategy, plans and proposals for prospective clients, monitoring sales representatives and assigning sales territories
• Perform analysis of the sales figure and lead in the sales forecast process ensuring sales objectives are met
• Design and define KPIs, incentive scheme and communication tools, which could be motivating to the front-line sales to achieve sell-out targets
• Collects, utilizes and disseminates all vital marketing information to support portfolio growth
• Keep abreast of latest trends in sales effectiveness and adopt new approaches as required in order to expand client base and increase
revenue
• Undertake other duties as required
Qualifications:
• Five (5) or more years of experience in sales & marketing management
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
• Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills
• Strong analytical skills, mathematic abilities, business acumen and buy-in-skills. Critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relation and team building skills
• Strong leadership skills to enable and motivate the team
• Established wide network of institutional account
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
