Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong prospecting and persuasion skills, ability to gain technical understanding of the products.5-8 years of SaaS sales experience preferred with a strong track record of closing new business deals and growing accounts / ERP / CRMWorked with all levels of professionals within a business including key business decision makersMust be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, confident and a strong communicator who can work well with a team.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision.Ability to work with all levels of professionals within a business including key business decision makers like Owner/CEO, Directors, Business Managers, IT Managers and Solution Architects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to identify customer pain points and how we can address themA self starter who can generate leads and establish a structured sales methodology and process including opportunity validation, pursuit and closure. This includes a sales operating pace, providing accurate forecast and pipeline updates to the business stakeholdersPerform business development-related work as an ambassador of ETP in the SubsidiaryProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and CRM usage such as Zoho CRM softwar/ Zoho Campaigns Manager.Prior experience CEO level software solution selling is essential. Responsibility: Build and execute a strong sales strategy for New Business growth in the territory and achieve KPIsGenerating and qualifying opportunities for for Sales and/or create new opportunities for business growth..Work closely with cross team members such as Inside sales/Marketing and self reasearch to identify and engage prospectsBuild and execute a strong sales strategy for New Business growth in the territory and achieve KPIsBuilding and maintaining strong professional relations with existing customers through regular CRM activities.Delivery on revenue accountability with Pipeline creation, progression and timely closure, working with manager and cross team membersBuilding and maintaining strong professional relations with existing customers through regular CRM activities.
