Salary: P38,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT) What are we looking for? Skills Required:
2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium-sized accounts. Excellent negotiation and communication skills What will you do? Research and network to find potential clients in waste-generating businesses. Cold call decision-makers in waste management to establish initial contact. Negotiate purchase prices with clients while maximizing profit. Secure agreements for waste sale and collection to promote repeat business. Coordinate seamless transportation for waste collection to recycling facilities. Ensure prompt pickup and delivery schedules for clients. Meticulously monitor KPIs to track sales targets and evaluate account performance. Provide detailed reports on account status, transaction volumes, and market trends.
