Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our leasing operations and handling significant transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass the following:
1. Lead and manage the leasing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to leasing professionals.
2.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in leasing performance.
3.Establish leasing goals and objectives in alignment with company targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
4.Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants, maximizing revenue while maintaining high occupancy levels.
5.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for leasing team members.
6. Prepare leasing reports and analyze leasing metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Cultivate positive relationships with property owners, investors, and external partners to enhance leasing opportunities and partnerships.
8. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes affecting the leasing market.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* With more than 5 years of experience in leasing management, preferably within the real estate industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a leasing team.
* In-depth understanding of leasing processes, market dynamics, and property valuation.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
* Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
* Based in Quezon City or willing to be relocated in Quezon City.
