Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met.Source, Recruit and maintain the required manpower; five (5) to Eight (8) sales consultants throughout the contract.Manage day to day sales activities of the teamEnsure smooth implementation of sales policyEnsures achievement of the team's sales targetIdentify effective selling activities to support sales consultantsSubmit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Heads.Meet the set sales quota of the companyReport directly to the Sales DirectorEnsures achievement of the team's sales target Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year coursewith more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experienceminimum of 2 years managerial experiencewith a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salesperson upon joiningmust have a good understanding of the local real estate marketExcellent communication and presentation
