Sales Manager

• Expected to lead at least 5 or more Property Salesperson to achieve monthly quotas as directed by the Sales Director.
• Motivates his or her team to follow sales plan and strategy.
• Manages the team in efficiently using the work hours for driving sales.
• Engages in sales and strategic planning.
• Supports his team in client visit, presentation, and other related activities to ensure closing the sale.
• Generates leads, clientele, network for potential buyers.
• Assists in documentation and liaising of client for submission of requirement
• Completes administrative work as per directed by upper management
