? Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense
control.
? Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its
strong presence.
? Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status.
? Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding
their needs.
? Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills by setting objectives, coaching and
performance monitoring.
? Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
? Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
? Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationship.
? Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
? Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
? Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financial.
? Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
? Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company
strategies and operations.
? Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
? Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
? Overseeing the development of marketing literature.

? Preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering. With experience in selling engineering products
? With at least 5 years' experience of selling engineering products (steel fabricated products / metal
fabrication), is a plus.
? With good technical understanding of engineering technical drawings and metal fabrication.
? Experience in Sales/Marketing in the steel industry a big advantage.
Work location- Davao Del Norte but willing to travel nationwide.
He/she should be able to speak Bisaya.
